Bluestone Christmas trip Day 1
Our first day of our short break before Christmas at Bluestone in Pembrokeshire, Wales.
We left home at around midday and arrived fairly quickly on what was an easy journey. In about an hour and 30 minutes. As we approached Bluestone the sun came out and it was quite warm. We booked in, but couldn’t go to our lodge until 4.30pm.
We decided to have a look at the adventure centre. The girls loved the bouncy castle and ball pits and slides, and the girls had a cuddly elf toy.
We have been before and on our previous visit we ate at The Knights Tavern. My wife particularly liked the home made curry so needless to say that’s where we had tea and thats what she ate! It was excellent and great value for money.
Once we had finished tea we found our new home for the next few days and we were not disappointed. Our upside down lodge house was beautiful clean and very luxurious.
Once we had settled in the girls wanted to go to the Elf party in the Wild Wood cafe and have a slush puppy drink! The girls loved dancing and playing games with the Elf. R really liked her dancing and was totally rocking out!
We returned back to our lodge for seven o’clock and bedtime. Looking forward to the fun of tomorrow!

It's sounds like you are having an amazing time. The homemade curry looks fab, is the pub part of a chain of restaurants?
