Our children deserve so much more than what we will leave them when it comes to the terrible state of planet earth. If we carry on messing up the environment as we have so far the oceans, rainforests and ice caps won’t exist anymore for our children to enjoy. The human race has dumped far too much rubbish and the dumping of this rubbish will take hundreds of years to biodegrade. This will mean that both wildlife and sea life are being severely endangered and put at too much of risk. There is no doubt that we are not doing enough to make sure our children have a future which is sustainable and safe for them. We need to clean-up our act and our planet to protect planet earth for future generations.

As a family we try our best to live a sustainable life. Our kitchen and bathrooms are now completely sustainable. It actually all started with bamboo toothbrushes about a year ago and now everything in our bathroom and kitchen is sustainable. Yes we have a long way to go to make our lives totally sustainable, but what we are teaching and instilling in our seven year old twin girls is hopefully going to stay with them for the rest of their lives and they will eventually lead an even more sustainable life than we do at present. Hopefully it will become second nature to them as they grow to become adults.

So when I was recently approached by Global Wake Up to review and try out their Wake Up Range I jumped at the chance.
