Lockdown has now been lifted in many parts of the UK and after three months of being at home during lockdown many of us had plenty of free time. This means many dads and men who are used to being on the go all week with work, childcare etc, found that boredom was beginning to set in. of course this can in itself affect your mental wellbeing.

If you are anything like me, those first few weeks were very important for me to keep busy and more importantly this keeps the mind busy and active which in turn will keep your mental health in check.

All of a sudden I had all this free time at home and all those jobs that you have been putting off around the home, or car repairs you now had the time to sort out.
