In such a short time planet earth has been sent into a spiral of destruction that is unparalleled to any other time in the history of the planet. What we are leaving our children is a planet so messed up by plastic and it’s quite honestly ridiculous and wrong at every level.

The UK was of course their at the start of this problem with the industrial revolution. The UK was the first to start mining and burning fossil fuels. Who would have thought that when we started doing this back in the 18th century that we’d be in the mess we’re in now?

Governments in all countries need to change attitudes towards waste and start making the large companies more responsible, if not 100% responsible for the safe and correct way of disposing of their plastics. It’s quite simple really. Make them 100% responsible financially and they will change the way they produce their products and the packaging they use.

There are so many products nowadays that are having an incredibly bad effect on the environment and a couple of these products are disposable nappies and nappy sacks. This is leaving a problem for our children’s children and many more generations after that and it’s not good enough anymore to say that it’s the next generations’problem.
