My Must Have Clothing Items For Winter with Very.co.uk

The weather and temperatures in the UK were very mild up until the end of October then all of a sudden the temperatures plummeted at the beginning of November.

This instantly got me thinking that I need to sort out my winter wardrobe and stay warm and cosy for the long winter months ahead.

So when Very.co.uk approached me to ask if I would like to be part of their dressing for Winter campaign, it could not have come at a more convenient time for me to update my winter wardrobe.

There are definitely some must haves of clothes for me that I like to purchase through autumn. I love a new coat for winter and also new jeans and a hoodie to hopefully look as stylish as possible, and of course keep warm through winter. Very.co.uk have a fantastic range of men’s coats, men’s jeans and men’s shoes so I knew it was going to be difficult to chose.

I have selected a few clothing products that, first of all say a lot about my character and personality, but are also perfect for winter wear. Here is what I selected.

1. The North Face Aconcagua 3 Hooded Jacket

The North Face Aconcagua 3 hooded jacket is named after the highest peak in the western hemisphere. The Aconcagua is perfect for hiking in the cold weather. The new updated version of the Aconcagua jacket comes with a 50/50 blend of 600-fill waterfowl down and polyester and there is no doubt this gives exceptional warmth and is also perfect in wet or damp conditions.

It comes in a regular fit which is designed for comfort, plus it has a secure zip, hand warmers and elastic cuffs with an attached hood and a drawcord. Of course The North Face logo on the back is also featured on the front of the jacket.

The North Face Aconcagua 3 hooded jacket really is an awesome coat. I have chosen it in blue. It fits like a glove and is so beautifully warm and cosy for me. It’s my must have coat/ jacket for the winter. I absolutely love it and it’s 5 star quality. It is just one of many men’s coats that you can find at Very.co.uk as their selection is vast.

2. Levi’s 501® Original Straight Fit Jeans Mercy Me Blue

When it comes to jeans I have always been very fussy and they have to be a perfect fit otherwise I would end up buying a new pair of jeans and they would never feel right and they would end up in my wardrobe and never being worn.

So experience has taught me if you find a brand of jeans that fit and you are comfortable in them then it pays to stick with them. The brand and type of jeans I love are Levi’s 501. Levi’s 501 straight fit jeans are really the perfect fit for me and are the jeans that I am most comfortable in. I chose them in mercy me blue which is a fantastic colour blue . The other advantage with Levi’s is that they come in a short leg which is vital because I don’t have the longest legs in the world! I love Levi’s. They are the perfect fit. 3. Skechers Air-Cooled Arch Fit Vegan Navy Trainer

Finally, I think it’s very important that you get a new pair of shoes for winter. Everybody who knows me knows that I absolutely love Skechers. Normally I would pick slip-on Skechers but I really fancied trying a lace-up pair of Skechers trainers and the Arch-Fit Takar was the one I chose. They have an Air-Cooled memory foam insole with the Arch-Fit support with a flexible rubber traction outsole.

I love these Skechers shoes they are so comfortable and look fantastic in navy with the red logo. They really are stylish and definitely suit my personality perfectly. Skechers really are quality and the perfect shoes for me.
