[AD] Back To The Garden With Sudocrem During Lockdown
I have recently teamed up with Sudocrem and their Back To The Garden campaign. You can read my first post here.

Finding things to do for my eight year old twin girls during lockdown and the fact that they have been off school has been without question a challenge at times. So the Back To The Garden campaign was perfect timing, especially as my twin girls love gardening. It’s been a fantastic little side project that is lots of fun, but also very educational for them. It also teaches them about where food comes from and gets them outside in the garden planting some seeds to grow some vegetables for the summer months. This is of course such a healthy lifestyle that we are teaching them.
In my first post I ran a competition to win a gardening kit. Unfortunately my competition is now closed, but don’t worry! Head over to the Sudocrem website and you could still win your own gardening kit. Click here to enter. Until the end of the month.

My twin girls were lucky enough to be sent their very own Back To The garden kit. One each for them. One outdoors and one indoors one to try out their gardening skills. The kits come complete with everything you need. Inside the kit you will find gardening tools, seeds, gloves, a gardening bag and a fantastic Back to the Garden T-shirt, and of course a pot of My Little Sudocrem.

One of our favourite pastimes, especially during lockdown, has been getting out into the garden. We have always got some sort of gardening project on the go. If you are looking for inspiration then why not have a look at the Sudocrem website where professional gardeners from all over the country have suggested some brilliant activities. Here is one that we having been trying out. Grow your own shelf life collection using the seeds from the food you have been eating and planting them in their original packaging and see how you get on. You can also plant a herb like we have with cress and we also planted some geraniums. Check out the activities right here.

Check out this amazing animation from Sudocrem that shows you that you don’t have to have a garden to get growing. Even if you live in a tower block you can still have a herb or vegetable box on a balcony or a window-sill.
This has been a fun activity for all the family to get involved with during lockdown and really encouraged us to grow more vegetables and herbs to use in our meals straight from the garden.
This post is a paid collaboration with Sudocrem.
All thoughts and opinions are 100% mine.

Growing plants in tins is a genius idea! Love it. Great campaign too. I keep trying to get my two to do more in the garden but they aren’t always that interested.

Looks awesome Nige. I’ll confess to not being much of a a gardener myself but mine’s mom has had her out back in the dirt the past few days. Great way to get outside and doing something productive
