[AD] Dreaming Of Where To Go On Holiday In A 2 Berth Caravan

November 4, 2020

My dream is to have a 2 berth caravan to use for holidays. Of course, that has been almost impossible this year due to the restrictions that have been put upon us because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Holiday travel is currently (at the time of writing) something that we simply can’t do in the UK. However, there are many places that I would love to visit in the UK once the restrictions are lifted and we start to have some normality back in our lives. Sadly we are unlikely to see this until 2021.

Going on holiday in a caravan or a motorhome is definitely on my agenda for 2021 as long as restrictions are eased. With the restrictions on travelling abroad for a holiday unlikely to change anytime soon, it is much more appealing for me to go on more frequent holidays in the UK and a caravan or motorhome would be perfect.

A 2 berth caravan or a motorhome offers many more advantages. For example, you can take everything you need to travel creating a self contained holiday and you don’t need to worry about booking hotels or B&B’s because you will have everything you need with you. Of course a caravan or motorhome holiday also allows you to change plans almost instantly because you can hook up your caravan and move onto the next place giving you a fantastic feeling of freedom. When you’re not away from home, a 2 berth caravan would be perfect as extra living space at home. That is of course, if you can park it on your drive.

Bailey of Bristol 2 Berth Caravans

Bailey of Bristol have a fantastic range of 2 berth caravans in their Discovery, Unicorn Black Edition and Phoenix+ ranges. They are perfect for a couple or if you are a lone traveller. All of the 2 berth caravans in the Bailey of Bristol ranges are light and compact. They have two parallel front seats that can be used either as two single beds or a double bed. Depending on the layout you choose, your caravan can come with a washroom that either stretches across the full width of the end of the caravan, or shares the back of the caravan with a wardrobe and shoe storage cupboard.

Discovery D4-2 2 Berth Caravan

My particular favourite is the Discovery D4-2. It has a vertical opening skylight and the option to add a unique wrap-around air awning for extra sleeping spaces or more storage. It also has Graphite finish TUV 14″ alloy wheels which look absolutely awesome. In addition, it has a Thetford Triplex combination oven and grill with a 3 gas burner hob, a fold down occasional table and many more amazing features.

Alu-tech

Alu-tech is a completely new approach to body construction. Using a unique interlocking aluminium framework, Bailey constructed a shell that was more robust and durable. This will make your caravan more capable of dealing with the elements which is very useful when you’re holidaying in the unpredictable British weather.

Bailey of Bristol also has a 360 degree Virtual Showroom where you can have a tour of all of their caravans and motorhomes from the comfort of your own home. The showroom allows you to walk around the vehicle from your computer and get a feel for the space.

You can also check out their News & Events for more information on caravans, motorhomes and socially distanced fun for your own future planning.

This is a paid collaboration with Bailey of Bristol.
