[AD] PlayMobil Back To The Future Delorean Playset Review

It’s hard to believe that the first Back To The Future movie is 35 years old in 2020, and the third part of the trilogy is 30 years old! Where has the time gone?

Back To The Future is one of those iconic trilogy of films that captured the imagination of a generation of people and I was one of them. The idea and production of the film was so far ahead of its time and it’s gone onto entertain generation after generation.

I love the films and if I’m totally honest I wanted to be Marty McFly sitting in that iconic Delorean and going back in time! If it could really happen wouldn’t that be just awesome!

I have teamed up with PlayMobil to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Back To The Future. I was sent the Delorean playset to review with my eight year old twin girls.

The Delorean comes complete with Marty Mcfly, Dr Emmett Brown and Einstein the dog. The girls loved putting it together and putting all the stickers on and transforming the Delorean into a exact replica of the one used in the film.

The Delorean’s wheels even turn to the side when it’s in hover mode and travelling through time the flux capacitor is illuminated as is the inside of the Delorean. The doors fold upwards and you can insert plutonium in the back of the car.

This is a fantastic playset which is made to the highest standard and perfect for children aged 6+. It’s very reasonably priced at £49.99 to have an exact copy of the Delorean from the Back To The Future films.

Of course my girls think this is going to be theirs to keep, but little do they know that once they in are bed it will become mine and mine alone!

The Back To The Future films when they were released 35 years ago set my imagination on fire and I can still sit and watch the films today. Now it’s starting all over again for a new generation thanks to this PlayMobil playset. My girls are looking forward to seeing the films and find out why I was always telling them what great films they are.
