With all the time we currently have at home due to the Covid-19 lockdown in the UK, I’m sure many of us are doing a lot of cleaning around the home. I know I am, but then again I love cleaning! Vacuuming being my favourite. I’m sure I run the vacuum over the carpets twice a day some days. I’m a little bit addicted to cleaning.
Making sure everything is clean is very important at the moment to hopefully reduce the chance of spreading the virus. We have quite a strict regime when it comes to parcels or food deliveries. We make sure they are all wiped down with a cloth which has bleach on it. It’s so important to be safe at this time.

This is a fantastic bin and I absolutely love it. It has infra red technology which will detect on approach to open and close the bin automatically. You have five seconds to throw away your rubbish before the lid closes automatically which is more than enough time.
It has three compartments which enables you to divide your different types of waste depending on how much you get of each waste product. The top compartment which is the sensor unit I used for our recycling mainly because it’s our largest amount of waste because we endeavour to recycle as much waste as possible. The two compartments at the bottom we use for food and general waste. These compartments easily slide out to empty as required. You can of course assign the three compartments to your choice of waste.
The 72 litre bin is designed for contemporary homes. The bin features a very sleek design which is made of non-corrosive stainless steel. 2. VonHaus Grey Cordless Handheld Vacuum £89.99
Keeping the carpets clean when you have eight year old twin girls is a never ending task. That’s why the Grey Cordless Handheld Vacuum is the answer. It’s a lightweight yet very powerful 2-in-1 vacuum with a HEPA filter and has all the accessories that you will need for various surfaces.
It’s totally cordless so there is no need to worry about cables getting in the way while you vacuum your floors. It’s powered by a 22.2V Lithium-ion battery which takes only 4 hours to charge. The charging dock station is wall mountable and an LED indicator light lets you know when your vacuum is fully charged.

When you are cleaning your home we all think we have done a deep clean, but the truth is most bacteria and well known allergens such as pet hair, dust mites and bed bugs are still there even after you have cleaned.
This is where the handheld UV vacuum comes into its own. The 8W UV lamp will break down the outer cell structure of dust mites which in turn stops replication and kills them. It has a 1.2 litre dust tank fitted with a HEPA filter which traps the small particles and then consequently will stop the spread of bacteria and allergens in your home.

4. VonHaus Rose Gold Dish Drainer £24.99
This dish drainer is perfectly designed for any home and comes in a beautiful anti-rust rose gold colour. It’s a two tier system with a holder for all your cutlery which can be used either inside or outside of the drainer.
The two tier drainer maximises space and will hold up to 18 plates with plenty of room for bowls and glasses.

6. VonHaus 3-1 Window Vacuum £29.99
Cleaning the windows is one of those jobs that we all put off. Well not anymore. It’s time to move into the 21st century with this brilliant innovative window vacuum from VonHaus.
It’s a 3-in-1 window vacuum that can be used indoors or outdoors, because it’s battery powered and that means you are not tied to an electric socket and the charger which is included will fully charge the battery in just two hours. It will last about 40 minutes which I’m sure would be enough time to clean all the windows in an average sized home.
It’s a very simple cleaning system. You pull the trigger to spray the window with liquid and once it’s all covered simply flip it over and wipe all of the window with the micro pad. This will remove all the grime and grease. Once that’s done flip it back over and switch it to vacuum mode to remove all the liquid leaving your windows clean, streak free and shiny like new.
It has an extension pole to reach all those areas that might be slightly out of reach, and you can empty and fill the water reservoirs very easily as they just click in and out.
