My Sunday Photo: Half-Term
For the last week it’s been half-term here in Wales. We have to split child care between us due to my wife’s and my own work commitments as we don’t have any extended family to help out. Don’t misunderstand me, I’m not moaning about it, it’s just the way it is and we are certainly not alone as many other couples with children face the same issues during the school holidays with child care.
For the first three days of the half term I was on my own with the girls while my wife went out to work, but I have to say the girls were great company to be with and we had lots of fun and laughter.
Last Thursday we went for a walk and around the corner is a cul de sac and in the middle is a green, and I captured this photo of the girls on this tree. I love it when you can capture your kids in such a natural way which is what happened here and they are both smiling and looking at the camera at the same time. A rare moment.

It is a very natural pic Nigel and like your’s, if my kids found a tree like that, they’d be up it in seconds! Glad you enjoyed half-term.

From the age of the ladder, I’d say lots of kids have enjoyed the tree. Girls look so happy! #MSundayPhoto
