My Sunday Photo
Most of my readers will probably know that I am born and bred in Wales and live in its Capitol city Cardiff. I am very proud of my heritage as a Welshman.
Yesterday I had to leave my country to take my daughter back to university in England.
There is one structure that saddens me to leave Wales when I see it, but fills my heart with joy when I see it on my return. It is of course the Severn bridge! On seeing it on my return this always makes me happy that I am home.
My picture this week is my outward journey photo and my journey home photo and on the return it is of course raining because mostly that’s all it does in Wales!

Great capture, shame about the rain but hope your daughter has a fab time at university.

Love to see the same thing from a different perspective.
Hope your daughter enjoys her time at Uni Nigel (is it her last year?). My son graduated this year and fortunately has fallen on his feet with a fab job. Moved him to Oxford yesterday. I always find the first day without nostalgic!
