Oh No! We All Forget Birthdays Sometimes
We all lead very busy lives and consequently it is so easy to forget birthdays, anniversaries or those special days that you should always remember, but life can sometimes get complicated and with children to organise for school and their incredibly busy life, we tend to lose track of time, and if you’re anything like me you’ll often forget what date it is in the month too!
Of course I’m no different to anybody else. I can forget it’s somebody’s birthday due to being very busy.
So, like everybody else I break out into a mad panic and it’s a high speed race to the shops to get that much needed present, and if I manage to forget my wife’s, or my mum’s birthday, not that I ever have, this would be my last minute gift ideas.
1. Flowers
This may be a traditional present, but it’s guaranteed to put a smile on one of the important ladies faces in your life. Of course it’s also easy because supermarkets nowadays have fantastic selection fresh in every day.
2. Chocolates
While you are at the supermarket you can pick up a luxury box of chocolates which is always a winner.
3. Perfume
A bottle of their favourite perfume can be also brought at the supermarket, and although you have forgotten, it actually looks like you have put some thought into their present!
4. Gift vouchers
So many supermarkets nowadays also have a huge selection of gift vouchers for all the high street retailers. This means getting a gift voucher for that special lady in your life is really easy, and extra bonus points if it’s for her favourite shop so that she can treat herself!
5. Book
All the supermarkets nowadays sell the latest books and it’s a perfect, easy and quick way of buying a present. They always have the latest releases so I’m sure you can find your recipients favourite kind of book.
So, those are my last minute gift ideas that can all be bought at your local supermarket. Oh yes! Don’t forget to buy a card, wrapping paper and a gift bag while you are there!
