This week my Sunday Photo is yet again us searching for Snow Dogs Wales! We spent yesterday morning searching for ‘A local Lad’. That’s the snow dogs name! It’s modelled upon the awesome welsh footballer, Gareth Bale.
R was desperate to have her picture taken with this snow dog because one of her idols is Gareth Bale. The smile on her face shows how much it meant to her.
R loves football, and in particular Gareth Bale. The other day she said to me, when I’m older I’m going to play for Gareth Bale. I replied that’s good, why is that then? R replied because I love him! How cute is that?
I didn’t want to burst her bubble, but when she is older of course Gareth Bale will most likely be retired, but you never know Gareth Bale could still be playing in his forties.
On a serious note this is a fantastic campaign raising money for terminally ill children at our local children’s hospice, Ty Hafan.

What a great photo. I’d love to visit the Snowdogs as we enjoyed the Gromits and Shauns in Bristol a few years ago.
