The thirst for knowledge that four year old twins have is exhausting

It’s that stage where the girls ask me and my wife millions of questions such as, what is that?, what does that mean? Dad, look at that!

It’s incredible how they are starting to eat up their surroundings and beginning to remember so much. 

One of the most amazing things is that I get to see this twice, watching twins develop is awesome! They are developing at completely different speeds, but at different things. 

R has definitely been quicker to learn writing, numbers and phonics. M on the other hand is more creative, especially when doing crafts. M also appears to enjoy the technology side of things more than R. 

The questions they ask never ceases to amaze me and it’s constant. 

Where does money come from? Well, mummy and I work and we get money for that. What’s work? It’s never ending, but funny. 

The desire and love for learning can only be found in little ones. They are like little human sponges soaking up all the environment that they live in and taking in and listening to all those around them. 

Actually there is a lesson to be learnt. As an adult I think we stop learning and believing that we don’t need anymore knowledge when the truth is that from the moment you are born you never stop learning till your last breath.
