[AD] Review Of Personalised Children’s Books From In The Book

There was always one thing that I always wanted my eight year old twin girls to grow up loving and that was the love of the written word. I also wanted to encourage a love of reading.

Ever since they were toddlers their bedtime ritual always involved a bedtime story, They particularly loved hearing their favourite stories being read to them by mummy or daddy.

Now they are nearly nine years old reading a book has become second nature to them. It’s so much better for them than being stuck to a screen 24/7.

So when I was recently approached by ‘In The Book’ to review their children’s personalised books where they can join in with the adventure, I instantly knew that it would be something they would love. When you make your child the star of the story they will be instantly captivated by the story, simply because they are interwoven in the story. Seeing their name in the story will encourage their love of reading and the written word.

What my twin girls picked?

My girls maybe twins but their personalities and character are poles apart. In fact I have always considered them my superhero and princess. That’s how different they are.

Black Panther RRP £19.99

So one of the girls loves anything to do with superhero’s. I was not at all surprised when she picked Black Panther. It was beautifully presented in a gift box and on the cover it had written, ‘A Story For Ruby’ inside. On the title page it had a personal message wishing her a happy birthday.

Throughout the story she is involved in the adventure making the entire story very exciting for her. Inside the back cover is a photo of her. She also really got into the story by dressing up as Black Panther.

Disney Princess the ultimate collection from £29.99

As I said they are very different and my other daughter picked Disney Princess, the ultimate princess collection. This is truly beautiful. It’s the deluxe version and has many of the classic Disney princess stories such as Snow White and Belle from Beauty and the Beast which is her all time favourite Disney princess story. It’s beautifully illustrated and presented in a lovely presentation box. Inside it also has a personalised message and a photo making it just perfect for my daughter and a fantastic keepsake to cherish forever from her childhood.

Final thoughts

The entire process of ordering and personalising a book for your child is very easy and they were delivered in just a few days.

These books from In The Book are a fantastic way to mark a special occasion such as a birthday for your child and give them something to cherish for life. As well as encouraging them to love reading, which is such an important part of their education.

I highly recommend the books for a special occasion in your child’s life. They are brilliant value, and the books are of the highest quality.
