Everything I love about lemon curd
There is nothing quite like lemon curd. I’ve always been a big lover of all things zesty but lemon curd really tops it all. It’s tangy, refreshing and rich. It’s great on top of freshly baked goods. It’s great straight out-of-the-jar. It’s simply fabulous.
I feel like you’d expect me to say that I make lemon curd myself but I’ve got to be honest… I don’t.
