Outdoor fire pit table: yes or no?
Do you also get an urge to search for anything and everything garden furniture related when the weather gets warm and sunny? It’s a curse, I feel like. I have outdoor furniture already but I can’t seem to stop myself from browsing for new garden furniture (probably because my garden furniture is old and could definitely use an update).
Recently, I came across outdoor fire pit tables – have you seen these? Have I been living under a rock or have these always been a thing? These are outdoor dining tables with a fire pit in the middle, you didn’t know you needed one until you see how fantastic these are. Heck, I didn’t know these were a thing much less that I needed one in my garden.
I found these fire pit tables at Elements Home & Garden and I’m truly considering getting one of them. Imagine being outdoors with your family during a lovely summer day and then when the sun sets and the weather starts to get chilly, you can still enjoy your outdoor space with your guests, sounds great to me!
As Sparkles and Stretchmarks mentions in this blog post, “these outdoor dining sets feature a fire pit in the centre of the table to ensure the party doesn’t stop when the sun goes down! Make the most out of your outdoor space all night long by having a fire pit table.” I’m right there with her!
As with everything else I purchase for the house, I do my due diligence and try to find more about what it is and if it is truly worth it! I found a few things about fire pit tables, so let me share them with you! At the end, we can both make up our minds (even if I’m already a bit biased!).
You can use it all year round.
Something that extends your outdoor living surely is a great addition to any garden. As this article on Houzz mentions, “a fire pit is an outdoor feature you can use year-round.” In the summer, a fire pit table can light up the night and during the autumn and winter, you can enjoy your outdoor space sipping on some “hot cider or cocoa while gathered with friends and family around the cozy blaze.”
Functional and stylish.
Fire pit tables double up as heating sources and outdoor dining tables – what else do we need? Plus, these modern tables are absolutely stunning and will look great in any garden! That is it, I’m having alfresco food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and for a cheeky midnight treat!
