How Your Looks Change As You Get Older

August 19, 2018

Growing up I never once thought about how much your body, in particular your hair would change. When you are in your twenties and thirties, well to be quite honest, nothing really changes. Then you have children and settle into a comfortable, domesticated lifestyle, and when children are introduced to your lifestyle, well in all honesty you don’t have the time or inclination to look after yourself in the way you should. Most of the reason behind this has to be sleep deprivation. When the children are asleep all you’ll find yourself wanting to do is catch up on the sleep you have lost.

There is no doubt that your waistline can expand when you have had children. We are all guilty of eating the kids leftovers and not having a balanced diet.

In my mid-thirties I was definitely starting to find more grey hairs than I wished I had and I was definitely beginning to recede in the front. It’s not a good feeling, but it’s something you have to accept with age.

My hair has always been so important to me and although I am now quite grey I have accepted that if it’s good enough for George Clooney, then it’s good enough for me!

Having a full head of hair is something entirely different and that is very important to me. I would have no hesitation considering in doing something about it. This is how a hair transplant can give you confidence and help you keep that full head of hair you had when you were younger. Although it will probably be showing a bit more grey than when you were 21 years old.

As I have said my hair is very important to me. I was always able to accept that I would go grey eventually, but the thought of going bald was for me unthinkable.

When you are heading into your forties, there are so many changes to your body you have to deal with. Thankfully today with all the modern procedures available so much of it can be solved. This helps us lead our lives with confidence, and simply feeling good about yourself. This ultimately will help us lead productive lives. Feeling good about yourself is vital for a long and healthy life.

If you are entering those middle years of your life, what do you worry about? Would you consider a hair transplant or something else? I would love to hear.
