Sometimes a bit of good fortune is so welcome

February 2, 2015

I have never been lucky in getting money for nothing ,I have always had to work very hard for my money not that it has bothered me I have always believed you get what you work for in life.

I am from a generation that many people have inherited a lot of money from their parents a little jealous I am but not enough to worry me as I am not really materialistic.
So the other day I had a phone call from my ex-wife to say a letter had turned up,which she had opened from a pension company at first I thought how very rude she had opened it,but she told me that I would be able to withdraw a sum of money from a pension that to be quite truthfull I forgot I had taken out.
Anyways I said don’t be ridiculous it’s nothing I went and got the letter and on first reading it I really thought it was just life insurance but I rang the company and because of a change in legislation I would be able to withdraw all the money in April.
This is without doubt the first bit of luck I have had with money in my life especially as I had completely forgotten about it

Now that is Karma for you, nice bit of good news. When I get a little bit of extra cash I’m always torn as what to do with it. Any ideas as to what you’re planning on doing?
