DIY Jobs Around The Home Seem To Go On Forever
When you own your own home the one thing that never seems to end is the constant list of DIY jobs around the home. I know it certainly never ends for me. If anything it seems to me the list grows bigger on a daily basis.

One thing I have always found though is that you’re never able to do a one stop shop for everything you need to complete all your DIY jobs either at the shops or online. It seems I am forever having to go to different shops or different websites to complete the DIY job around my home. I must admit I find this very annoying.
So when I was browsing the internet I came across a website that will enable me to get everything I need in one place for every DIY job I am doing. The company is https://www.cwberry.com/. They have been in existence since 1954 and it’s still a family run business with three generations of the family still working there. Many of the staff have also worked there all their working lives.

The current business covers 24 acres and they stock over 23,000 products which include building materials, electrical, lighting, plumbing, heating, and power and hand tools. Actually they will have practically everything you need to do any DIY job around your home.
Many of the staff have a background in the construction/building industry so you will be guaranteed expert, sound advice for the DIY job you are looking to tackle. That is invaluable when you are an amateur and need some expert advice and knowledge to make the job easier.
C & W Berry is definitely a one stop shop whether you visit the site itself or in my case shop online.
My list of DIY jobs is, as I have said, very large, but I’m sure like a lot of people it consists of small jobs, but also I have a number of bigger jobs that I would like to complete over the next 12 months. Here is a little snippet of some of the DIY jobs on my list.
1. Gutttering
When the beast from the east hits us earlier this year in South Wales, the snow hit us hard and we had a lot of snow sitting on the roof. This managed to damage the guttering and broke quite a few brackets and I really need to fix these before winter comes again.
2. Tiling
Our shower broke this year and it was integrated into the tiles so we had a new one fitted. Unfortunately it was a completely different design to the old one which means I need to sort out the tiling and re-grout in a number of places.
3. Patio
Our patio area is now starting to look shabby and we need to re-point all the joints which again is another job I need to sort before winter.
4. Decorating
As regular readers know I’m a painter and decorator, and the last thing I want to do on the weekend is decorating, although I did manage to decorate our 6 year old twins bedroom during the summer, but our bedroom needs re-decorating which I would like to get sorted before Christmas. Who knows I might actually get it done.

This is just a very small part of the DIY jobs that I need to sort out in my house, but I know exactly where I will be going when I need the tools and materials to complete all my DIY jobs.
Do you have a never ending list of DIY jobs. I would love to hear.
